Handmade Artwork


All home decor pieces are handmade and may have minor imperfections from the texture of the paint, brush strokes etc. The home decor pieces have either a shiny finish or a matte look, however there may be small imperfections on the surface such as fine bubbles, ripples or small particles that have been trapped in the pieces. 


The natural imperfections adds to the uniqueness and individuality of the decor. 



RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Return Policy for Signatures by Kay Home Decor Collections products only!  


Due to COVID-19, we will not be accepting returns unless the item was damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please leave the item in its original packaging, contact us within 48 hours at Signaturesbykay@gmail.com and we will email you return instructions along with a choice to process a replacement or refund for the item that you received. Signatures by Kay reserves the right to decline refunds not initiated within the 48 hour period.

All claims must be made within 48hrs of delivery. Any claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days and shipping is approximately 5-14 days from the time the order was processed. You will receive an email notification to let you know that your product has shipped with a link to track your product. Should any delays occur you will be notified immediately with an adjusted shipping timeline and delivery date. 


Signatures by Kay Home Decor Collections is not responsible for any additional fees (shipping, handling, and/or taxes) applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
