How long does a custom order take?
SK Home Decor Collection does not create customized designed pieces at this time.Pieces are made ready to order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
SK Home Decor Collection items will be shipped after processing All within 5-10 business days and shipping is approximately 5-14 days from the time the order was processed. You will receive an email notification to let you know that your product has shipped with a link to track your product.
Will sold out items restock?
SK Home Decor Collections are uniquely created by the designer. She uniquely creates each individual piece with love and normally does not duplicate her pieces after they have been purchased. However, a similar design in a new color may be available.
How do I care for my SK Home Decor Collection?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. The surface may be cleaned gently with soap and water.
Does SK Home Decor Collection accept returns or exchanges?
Due to COVID-19, we will not be accepting returns unless the item was damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please leave the item in its original packaging, contact us within 48 hours at Signaturesbykay@gmail.com and we will email you return instructions along with a choice to process a replacement or refund for the item that you received. Signatures by Kay reserves the right to decline refunds not initiated within the 48 hour period.
All claims must be made within 48hrs of delivery. Any claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
